What counts as an active project?
Projects in planning, active or on-hold states count. Completed and closed projects remain fully available but do not consume capacity.
Do vendors or auditors need paid seats?
No. External collaboration is deliberately free so project evidence and approvals do not migrate back to spreadsheets or chat.
What happens if we downgrade?
Nothing is deleted or hidden. Existing work remains available; you may need to close a project or upgrade before adding new live capacity or internal users.
Is this an accounting or statutory filing product?
No. CostGrid controls project costs and supporting workflows. Your accounting system remains the book of record for statutory filing, ledgers and tax compliance.
